As a ServiceNow Partnership Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting Devoteam's ambitious growth strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing performance indicators, assisting with initiatives, and managing the internal community. Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, updating dashboards, organizing events, and providing ad-hoc support. You will gain valuable experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Description du poste

The role :
1. Analysis, consolidation and monitoring of the various indicators of the Partner pillar’s performance:
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly analyses of different branches (15 countries in EMEA) of the
ServiceNow Pillar around business & growth, training & certification, and recruitment
- Update and upkeep dashboards pertaining to the above information
- Monthly Sales & Certifications Ranking
- Assist with Monthly Business Reviews preparation

2. Assisting in steering group initiatives:
To achieve our ambitions, we will launch/have launched several initiatives and operational
projects, which you will be supporting:
- Organising annual group competitions - sales challenge & Hackathon
- Tracking and follow-up of project status & deployments & customer satisfaction scores
Assist with the ongoing 10+ initiatives to advance our progress.

3. Assisting with Community Management 
- Creation of posts for the internal community:

- New certified Consultants
- Monthly updates
- New business highlights with sales
- Regular update of the Pillar Intranet with updated information

4. Ad-hoc support with slides preparation, business analysis, event organisation, and
following up with group initiatives.

Qualifications

The Perfect Fit :
- Most importantly, an aptitude to learn, and a collaborative attitude
- Analytical skills, at ease with numbers
- Mastery of Google Sheets and Google Slides
- English and French language fluency highly appreciated
- Start as soon is possible since November 2024
