Job Description

The Senior Demand Partnerships Manager will develop new and existing clients, establishing creative growth strategies to increase revenue. Responsibilities include pipeline management, lead generation, onboarding clients with internal stakeholders, using CRM for tracking, preparing sales presentations, attending events, and communicating partner needs. The role is part of an international English-speaking team in a fast-paced environment. The focus is on building lasting relationships with advertisers to drive the ad platform forward. They will be connecting premium advertisers with users who will love their mobile games to exceed growth goals and connecting them with millions of monthly active users.
Must Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in tech sales/account management.
  • Understand adtech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Expert in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides).
  • Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Output- and revenue-driven attitude.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership.
  • Hungry to make an impact in sales and win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in Japan.

Meet Your Team: Advertiser Sales

It’s not just about who you know. It’s about what you know about who you know. The Advertiser Sales team connects premium advertisers with the very users who will love their mobile games. By focusing on building lasting advertiser relationships, this team drives our ad platform forward, ensuring apps reach and exceed their growth goals and connecting them with hundreds of millions of monthly active users. Whether that’s with our new programmatic ad platform or Playtime ad unit.

What You Will Do:
  • You will develop new & existing clients and establish creative growth strategies to further increase our’s and our partner’s’ total revenue. 
  • Be responsible for overall pipeline management, including lead generation and reach-outs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing your clients.
  • Use our CRM to track activities and the pipeline.
  • Prepare customized sales presentations for your partners.
  • Attend events to meet potential clients.
  • Gather and communicate your partner’s needs and industry trends internally.
  • Be part of an international English-speaking team in a very international comany

Who You Are:
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in tech sales or account management, preferably in the adtech or the mobile advertising space with a proven track record.
  • You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.).
  • You possess outstanding communication skills (verbal and written in Japan and English)
  • You are an expert with Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides)
  • You are fluent in Japanese and proficient in English
  • You have experience using a CRM
  • You have an output- and revenue-driven attitude
  • You like to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy a strong sense of ownership
  • You are hungry to make a real impact in sales and win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in Japan
  • Work location: Japan
