Play Perfect is a fast-growing mobile gaming company based in Tel Aviv, focused on creating immersive gaming experiences for millions of users. The company is looking for a Support & Compliance Agent to assist players with their needs, manage tasks, resolve issues, build customer relations processes, process financial requests, assess basic risk, and analyze player behavior. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong interest in learning about business and gaming, capable of working independently and communicating effectively.
Must have:
- 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Native English speaker.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive, highly motivated, and independent attitude.
- Good communication skills.
Good to have:
- SQL basic understanding.
- Experience with Monday or similar task management tools.

Responsibilities
- Assisting players with their needs and issues
- Task management
- Resolving issues
- Building customer relations processes
- Processing financial requests
- Assessing basic risk
- Analyzing player behavior

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a relevant field
- English – Native
- Basic excel skills
- SQL basic understanding is a benefit
- A strong interest in learning about business and gaming
- “Can do” positive attitude, highly motivated with the ability to perform with independence
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive
- Self-motivated with a deep will to continuously learn
- Good communication skills
- Monday or similar task management tools experience is a benefit
