Summary

This position focuses on providing comprehensive tax consulting services related to cross-strait business operations. Responsibilities include planning and executing tax projects, advising on investment structures and restructuring, conducting transfer pricing studies, preparing related documentation, offering guidance on mainland China's business regulations, advising on domestic and international capital flow regulations, and liaising with mainland tax authorities on tax disputes. Candidates should possess strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Audit experience is highly preferred, and experience with Chinese accounting and tax regulations is beneficial.

Additional Job Description

1. 具審計經驗者尤佳且對中國大陸相關法令熱忱者
2. 具備中國大陸會計師或稅務師者佳

3. 英文能力須具備TOEIC 650分以上或其他英文測驗同等標準

4. 薪資待遇：專員月薪: NT$40,000 ~ NT$50,000；資深專員面議
