Job Description

PwC Tax & Legal Services seeks a Senior Associate for their M&A Tax team in Barcelona. The role involves working on corporate development operations (restructuring, investments/divestitures, project financing), fiscal due diligence in business buy-sells, refinancing, and IPOs. The position requires 3-5 years of experience in M&A tax, strong communication, business acumen, and teamwork skills. Responsibilities include contributing to all phases of M&A transactions from due diligence to closing, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and building client relationships. The successful candidate will enhance their M&A expertise within a national team known for its high activity and international network.

Must have:

3-5 years M&A tax experience
Strong communication & business acumen
Due diligence & transaction expertise
Teamwork & client relationship skills
High English proficiency
Law, ADE, Economics degree

Good to have:

Master's in Tax Advisory
Multinational project experience

Somos un equipo de abogados y asesores fiscales con dedicación exclusiva a las operaciones de desarrollo corporativo; adquisiciones, fusiones, desinversiones, joint-ventures, refinanciaciones, MBOs, etc. Nuestra oferta de servicios alcanza a la totalidad de las áreas de influencia jurídico-tributaria en las operaciones efectuadas por el cliente: due diligence, contrato de compraventa, acuerdo de socios, coinversión de equipos directivos, estructuración de operaciones y de su financiación y desinversión final, entre otros ámbitos. A nuestras propias capacidades, se unen las de otros profesionales de PwC Tax & Legal Services en función de las características del sector o de la operación en cuestión, así como las de nuestra red internacional.

En el equipo de Transacciones Fiscal precisamos profesionales que aporten una experiencia de entre 3 y 5 años en el ámbito de la fiscalidad en operaciones de M&A, para desarrollar sus conocimientos en las siguientes áreas:

- Operaciones de desarrollo corporativo (reestructuraciones, inversiones/desinversiones, financiaciones de proyectos etc..)
- Due Diligence Fiscal en procesos de compra-venta de negocios, refinanciaciones, salidas a bolsa, etc
- Potenciación del expertise en M&A trabajando en un equipo nacional con intensa actividad xLoS (Advisory TA) y alto grado de networking en proyectos de perfil multinacional.

Requisitos

- Licenciatura/Grado Derecho, ADE, Derecho + ADE, Economía.

- Valorable máster Asesoría Fiscal y Tributación.

- Nivel de inglés alto, hablado y escrito.
