Job Description

The Post-Production Manager is responsible for managing a specialized team to ensure that post-production activities meet high standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency. Their role includes overseeing projects to deliver them on time and within budget, aligned with client expectations and the brand message. They also lead innovation, process automation, and collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
Must have:
  • Manage broadcast team operations and KPI adherence (Quality, Utilisation, Productivity, Sourcing).
  • Oversee and improve high-quality post-production operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations.
  • Train and manage all PostProduction staff.
  • Oversee project budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee studio activity.
  • Ensure talent assignment by producers and schedulers.
  • Ensure all production activities are on-time and on-budget.
  • Act as escalation point for post-production issues, implement conflict resolution.
  • Ensure efficient resource utilization and plan solutions for staffing challenges.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with external post-production partners.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure creative productions meet client and brand expectations.
  • Review post-production processes to enhance profitability and effectiveness, focusing on innovation.
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities to minimize manual workflows.
  • Solve production and technical issues with support teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance for optimum post-production profit.
  • Contribute to agency culture by exhibiting ownership, professionalism, passion, and leading by example.

The Post-Production Manager is responsible for managing a specialized team to ensure that post-production activities meet high standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency. Their role includes overseeing projects to deliver them on time and within budget, aligned with client expectations and the brand message. They also lead innovation, process automation, and collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsabilities

  • Key operational responsibility of the broadcast team, including adherence to KPIs for the below priorities: Quality, Utilisation, Productivity, Sourcing.
  • The Post-Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing, nurturing, and improving a high-quality post-production operation.
  • Collaborate with accounts, project manager and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations.
  • Train, and manage all PostProduction production staff.
  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation of all projects.
  • Oversee studio activity.
  • Ensuring producers and schedulers are working together to assign appropriate talent.
  • Ensuring all production activities are on-time and on-budget.
  • Act as the escalation point for post-production issues and implement positive conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ensure efficient utilization and cross utilisation of resources and anticipate and plan solutions to potential challenges with staffing and resource availability across projects.
  • Create/maintain strategic relationships with external post-production partners and facilities for overflow
  • Collaborate with account and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations and remain on-brand message
  • Ongoing review of post-production process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and increasing effectiveness including a key focus on innovation and automation
  • Identify, support, and drive automation opportunities to minimize manual workflows
  • Solve production and technical issues with the production and technical support team
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure our post-production operations are operating to optimum profit
  • Contribute to Hogarth Worldwide Spain office agency culture by exhibiting ownership, professionalism, passion, and leading by example
