Job Description

Intel has an immediate opening for a Senior Attorney supporting Intel's products, business, sales and marketing needs in APJ. This is an excellent opportunity to join a smart, creative network of lawyers counseling on complex local and global matters in a key and dynamic Intel office.

In this position, you will:

  • Partner with business clients to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Intel products and solutions
  • Draft and advise on technology development engagements with customers, eco-system partners, government and academic institutions
  • Manage Intel intellectual property licensing needs for joint development projects and initiatives
  • Counsel on sales, commercial, pricing, antitrust and marketing law matters
  • Draft and negotiate various sales, licensing, pricing, marketing, engineering and commercial terms agreements
  • Assist in the creation of policies and procedures supporting antitrust and sales best practices
  • Provide guidance on local Japan law matters and regulations to senior management
  • Manage external counsel to resolve critical legal issues to support Intel's business growth
  • Assist Intel's Litigation and Legal Compliance teams from time to time on various matters
  • Develop and deliver training to employees and support compliance efforts.

Qualifications
