Job Description & Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join our Global Compliance Practice. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in law, compliance, client management.

Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Experience:

  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Creation of List of Laws and Compliance checklist for various sectors such as Banks, FMCG etc.
  • Should have international laws experience in areas such as Labor, Environment, Data Protection, Social Security laws.
  • Should have experience in legal updates and process for identification of such updates.
  • Experience in compliance assessments, audits, gap analysis, and risk assessments for clients.
  • Project management is an advantage. Should have managed a team or lead a project.
  • Should have presentation skills including preparation of reports.
