Responsibilities
Support high-impact projects and programs for the rapid rollout of CDN (Content Delivery Network) and PoP (Point of Presence) sites by developing category sourcing strategies ensuring the suppliers are capable of meeting current and future business requirements.
Manage end-to-end Sourcing projects (including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of projects) and ensure on-time delivery for the new regions CDN and PoP sites.
Establish supplier selection criteria, evaluate alternative suppliers, manage the RFO process, and drive final supplier selection in partnership with Engineering, Business Control, and other cross-functional partners.
Facilitate collaboration among Tax, Legal, Finance, business stakeholders, and service providers.
Provide day-to-day coordination among the sourcing and supply chain functions to optimize speed, quality, cost, and risks, and organize and report project status.
Influence internal process improvement across multiple teams and functions.
Own and provide market and actual unit and total cost data which feeds into total cost of ownership (TCO) models.
Formulate contingency plans to de-risk technical challenges, long lead time, single source, and any supply issue.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Performing financial and cost analysis, including Total-Cost Ownership (TCO), and creating Should-Cost Models for pricing analysis to support sourcing strategy, negotiation with suppliers, and opportunity identification;
Performing vendor management activities, including evaluating supplier performance compared to business needs, developing and assessing supplier scorecards, negotiating supplier legal terms on behalf of business interests, and monitoring SLA compliance;
Collecting, visualizing, analyzing, and presenting supplier and project data using business intelligence and data visualization tools Tableau and Excel pivot table, and using data to provide category spending and project KPI benchmarks;
Developing inventory planning models to support demand forecast planning and capacity planning;
Identifying and realizing process improvement opportunities by mapping current state processes and assessing for improvement opportunities in future-state process designs; and
Researching market trend studies and risk management practices, and applying findings when coordinating supply chain sourcing strategies, including finding alternative supplies, to ensure supply chain continuity.
Domestic and international travel required up to 10%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $160800 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
