The Deskside Support Technician will provide IT support to Executive Teams in a multi-site Windows and Mac environment. Responsibilities include general IT duties, taking calls, responding to emails, and documenting workflows/procedures. The role requires strong leadership, time management, and professional conduct. The technician will troubleshoot hardware and software, work on special projects, and communicate with the IT Operations team. This includes monitoring and responding to support requests, identifying hardware/software needs, and setting up conference rooms. The technician will work on computer equipment and software while also documenting processes and maintaining the knowledge base. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
