Keywords now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workday People Technology Analyst to be a part of our People & Culture team.

  • System Decommissioning: Assist in the planning and execution of decommissioning legacy HR systems. Ensure data is accurately migrated and archived according to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Query Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for user queries related to HR systems. Provide timely and effective support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as necessary.
  • Transition Preparation: Collaborate with the HRIS project team to prepare for the integration of time, absence, and attendance systems into the central HRIS platform. This includes data mapping, system configuration, and user training.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data during the transition process. Conduct regular data audits and clean-ups to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are met during the system transition. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on the new HRIS platform. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system performance, user adoption, and data accuracy. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards. Maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in HR technology. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with HR systems, including time-off, absence, and attendance / time tracking systems (Mandatory).
  • Experience in system decommissioning and data migration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data management.
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
