Develop and execute CRM strategies for casino and sports brands throughout the customer lifecycle, with managerial support;
Plan and analyze campaigns aimed at player activation, retention, and reactivation, all while maintaining a strategic approach;
Identify customer journey opportunities and create targeted segments, leveraging A/B testing to refine CRM strategies;
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure engaging design assets and content that resonate with the market audience;
Monitor and manage campaign performance, focusing on campaign metrics and expenditure to minimize negative user experiences, including tracking key KPIs like email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall ROI;
Understand the mechanics of CRM and how to build and test campaigns that drive results, including a solid grasp of terms and conditions and how to rework them when necessary;
Manage and execute the entire marketing calendar, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of campaign profitability and costs is completed weekly.
Proven experience in iGaming preferably marketing;
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role;
Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing;
Understanding of current sports and casino trends as well as CRM systems & Tableau reporting;
English proficiency.
