Working Student (m/f/d) Technical Project Management Support

We are looking for YOU as a Working Student (m/f/d) Technical Project Management Support for our location in Garching.

These challenges await you:

• Support preparation and logging of various committees, project meetings and regular management meetings

• Consolidation of reports and communications to Customer Office Team

• Creating presentations for (Technical) Project Management

• Creating and tracking project related appointments, tasks, and charts

• Maintaining and creation of diagrams and status reports 

• Automation and creation of analyse tools for huge amount of data

• Visualize data sets through graphs, dashboards, and charts to support analysis and improve insights for project and business decisions   

• Development and processing of data output with support of GenAI 

You inspire us with that:

• Fluent English and German, French or Arabic an advantage 

• Project management experience (Classic & Agile)

• First experience with coding (Python, JavaScript) 

• Good Office Tools knowledge (Google preferred, MS must)

• Independent systematic and forward looking way of working

• Fast learner and flexible

• Customer and Team orientation 

• Confident appearance, discretion and commitment
