Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage collections for customers/country/Area to ensure full control as well as accurate and timely payment of all invoices types
• Adherence to the company´s policies
• Lead challenging negotiations with customers and stakeholders to ensure payments are receive
• Perform customer analysis on the customers´ business, trending, payments, disputes, on account, etc and proactively drive Collections using this information.
• Coordinate with cash applications, invoicing, dispute, D&D, Sales, Customer Experience and other stakeholders on actions pending to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Execute outbound telephone calls and other contact to customers (Customer queries/requests/disputes logging).
• Highlight risks on customer account and proactively have action plan to mitigate the risk

Skill sets:

• +3 years of Experience in Collections
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good analytical and negotiating skills with attention to detail
• Understanding OTC end-to-end process
• Advanced level of MS office
• Advanced English
