The Advanced Technology Executive - IT Staffing will be responsible for identifying and closing new revenue opportunities within the IT staffing sector. The role involves developing business strategies, targeting sales to current and potential clients, and contributing directly to the company's revenue through direct sales efforts. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, managing RFP responses, negotiating and closing sales deals, and fostering a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The ideal candidate should be KPI and metric-driven with a strong desire to exceed goals while contributing to the growth of Zones IT staffing business.

Position Overview:
 
We are currently seeking an Advanced Technology Executive- IT Staffing.  The ideal candidate will possess a passion for finding and closing new opportunities. You will identify strategic business opportunities and target sales to current customers as well as potential prospects. You will directly contribute to the revenue of the company by increasing market share through your direct sales. We are seeking a KPI and metric driven employee with a self-directed desire to exceed goals while we grow out the Zones IT staffing business.

What you’ll do as the Advanced Technology Executive - IT Staffing  
  • Identifies, pursues, and captures new revenue opportunities.
  • Develops new business strategies based on market conditions and emerging trends. 
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecast and updates CRM daily. 
  • Promote and partner with other client disciplines to offer integrated solutions. 
  • Use your sales expertise to acquire new business, as well as selling IT Staffing Services to current customers. 
  • Constant networking to establish and grow a strong pipeline of prospect companies. 
  • Develop pricing models which will translate into profitable growth. 
  • Complete and manage RFP responses, to include sales presentations. 
  • Negotiate and close sales deals. 
  • Develop marketing strategies that will increase market share. 
 
What you will bring to the team:   
  • Assertive approach to hunting new business and growing out the staff augmentation practice at Zones within your given region.  
  • Strong sales instinct and orientation, as well as experience in a ‘team sell’ environment.  
  • Internally motivated with an intrinsic desire to succeed.  
  • Practiced and proven sales negotiation skills.  
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.  
  • 10+ years of sales experience in IT staffing or other technical services industries.  
Compensation: 
  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary between $110,000 - $120,000 + Commission.
