Job Responsibilities 1. Accelerate user growth for BytePlus - a cloud & AI technology provider - by crafting comprehensive B2B user growth strategies across the full lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention) for enterprise customers and long-tail developers. 2. Partner with product and technical teams to align user growth initiatives with BytePlus's product capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of AI/cloud solutions into user engagement strategies. 3. Analyze B2B user behavior, design data-driven retention campaigns, and develop scalable user operation platforms/tools (e.g., campaign automation systems, lifecycle management dashboards) to activate, monitor, and optimize initiatives for both enterprise and developer audiences. 4. Work with product teams / sales teams to transform retention strategies into operational product capabilities, including cross-channel messaging systems, personalized engagement workflows, and developer incentive program interfaces.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. 2. 3+ years of experience in B2B user growth, lifecycle management, or SaaS/developer tool operations, with proven success in enterprise or technical user acquisition/retention. 3. At least 5 years of product management experience; expertise in CRM or growth operation related product development. Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong understanding of AI, or iPaaS technologies and ability to translate technical features into growth opportunities. 2. Expertise in B2B user analytics, segmentation, and activation strategies, with experience in developer community engagement or enterprise SaaS adoption cycles. 3. Data-driven mindset with SQL/Python proficiency for behavioral analysis, coupled with cross-functional collaboration skills to align technical and business goals. 4. MBA or technical certifications are a plus.
