Share best practices across the organization:
- Promote a culture of data excellence by sharing best practices and providing training.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics and share knowledge with the team.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable analytics code using best practices.
- Conduct code and SQL reviews and provide feedback to ensure high standards of code quality within the team.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, DBT etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). GCP is a big plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
