Avalanche Studios Group and its division Avalanche Studios are crafting our next cutting-edge AAA open-world game, and we’re now looking for a Technical Producer to join our team in Stockholm.

The Technical Producer is a key person in the daily operation of our teams and is responsible for translating business and product goals into actionable plans. You’ll support and plan with your team members to deliver against the schedule. As a change agent for process optimisation, you’ll be keeping an eye on quality targets and team wellbeing. You will help develop, champion, and communicate the product vision with the management and director groups to build and maintain a strong team spirit and a highly collaborative, productive environment. 

You will be primarily responsible for monitoring the progress of cross-disciplined teams and maintaining the schedule and backlog. Your work in coordinating resources and goals alongside the Technical Director and discipline leads will ensure the successful completion of milestones and deliveries.

Point of contact for the project, you’ll manage the collaboration with our intern central tech teams, coordinating our efforts to achieve short and long-term goals. You’ll also be responsible for communicating Tech strategy and progress with our Publisher Tech Team to align on processes and targets.

What you'll do...

    • Experience as a Producer within game development/production from the technical perspective
    • Attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Ability to risk-assess, and propose risk-averse alternatives & mitigation plans
    • Experience with project planning and agile/scrum development methodology
    • Strong capability to multitask and prioritize your own work
    • Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate studio and project goals, feedback, and requests in a clear, concise manner to internal teams and external stakeholders
    • People management skills, where coaching and mentoring towards success are part of your leadership style

Who you are...

    • Experience with running teams in a cross-disciplined development environment
    • Experience with working and coordinating with external departments.
    • Experience as a game Producer within AAA development/production ideally through all development cycles (concept > sunset)
    • Experience in leading and motivating agile development teams
    • A strong desire to grow, learn and develop yourself and others
    • Any technical experience (QA, programming, software development background)
    • Passionate about video games
