Job Description

Activision is seeking a skilled Animator to design and produce high-quality animations that meet visual and action logic standards. The role requires close collaboration with art directors and game planners, participation in defining and optimizing art quality standards, and management of the animation workflow to ensure correct understanding and application by art and programming teams. Responsibilities include creating realistic character, object, cutscene, and FPS animations using motion capture data and keyframing techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in software such as Motion Builder, Maya, Max, and Photoshop. A solid foundation in traditional 2D art and understanding of motion principles and camera usage are also essential.

Must have:

Proficient in MotionBuilder, Maya, Max, Photoshop
Strong 2D art foundation
Understanding of motion & camera use
High-quality animation creation
Collaboration with other teams

其他要求:

-必须熟练使用Motion Builder, Maya, Max, Photoshop等美术人员常用软件

-扎实的传统2D美术功底

-对于运动规律和摄像机的使用有较深的理解
