Diablo IVJoin us on the Diablo Legacy team where you will help ensure Diablo continues to deliver an experience with endless evil to slaughter, countless abilities to master, nightmarish Dungeons, and legendary loot. Diablo Legacy titles include Diablo I, Diablo II: Classic, Diablo II: Resurrected, and Diablo III.
As an Associate Producer for Diablo Legacy, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the development pipeline for our esteemed titles. Our producers bring a critical element to the development process by coordinating with individuals of all disciplines, fostering effective and open communication across the teams, and directing features from inception through release.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studios for this role is Irvine, CA.
Manage the development pipeline for Diablo Legacy content, from day-to-day tasking and scheduling all the way to future planning, forecasting and risk management for steady state development
Motivate and provide support to your team to ensure that project goals, objectives and deliverables are achieved
Drive the completion of project goals and facilitate communication, organization, and accountability
Manage the organization and communication of day-to-day tasking and scheduling for Diablo Legacy initiatives
Identify and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals
Up to 1 year of game production experience or project management experience.
Familiar with game development processes and pipelines.
Able to work with team leads and Senior Producers to align priorities.
Experience tracking a complex project and providing support to clear blocking issues.
Strong project and people management skills.
The ability to remove ambiguities in both communication and planning by refining them with more detail.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $24.04 - $44.47 HourlyText Constant . These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
