Job Description
This is a 3.5-year apprenticeship in Technical Product Design, specializing in mechanical and plant engineering. The program offers practical experience with an experienced training team, international exposure, and a modern work environment including an on-site canteen. Apprentices will create detailed designs, technical documentation, perform calculations, utilize CAD software, and assess manufacturing/assembly processes. Strong integration into ongoing projects and design teams is a key feature. Post-apprenticeship, opportunities include long-term employment with project responsibility and career advancement. The apprenticeship includes above-average compensation with 13 monthly salaries, 30 days of vacation, and company participation.
Must have:
- Realschulabschluss (or equivalent)
- Good grades in Physics, Math, English
- Technical-physical interest and understanding
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Precise and reliable work style
- Structured, independent work combined with adaptability and teamwork

- Erstellen von Detailkonstruktionen und technischen Dokumentationen sowie Lesen, Verstehen und Anwenden von Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen;
- Ausführen technischer Berechnungen;
- Anfertigen von technischen Zeichnungen mit Unterstützung von CAD – Software und Erstellen von Stücklisten;
- Beurteilen von Fertigungs – und Montageverfahren.
- Das Besondere: Starke Integration in die aktuellen Projekte und Konstruktions-Gruppen.
- Mindestens einen Realschulabschluss mit guten Noten in Physik, Mathe und Englisch
- Technisch - physikalisches Interesse und Grundverständnis;
- Freude beim Lösen praktisch - technischer Probleme
- Exakte Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit
