Battle System Planner [Next Crossfire]

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a Battle System Planner for its next Crossfire title. This role involves designing and balancing core gameplay mechanics impacting shooting and combat effectiveness. Responsibilities include fundamental system design, weapon and movement balancing, and ensuring a compelling and fair player experience. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of FPS games, excellent communication and logical reasoning skills, and strong game system comprehension. Experience in FPS development, weapon balancing, and Unreal Engine 3 is highly desirable. The position is based in Seongnam, South Korea.
