Group Personal Information Protection Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing all aspects of personal information protection for the Smilegate Group. Responsibilities include reviewing domestic and international compliance, conducting risk assessments, supporting certification audits in the personal information protection area, and raising awareness through education and campaigns. The position also entails reviewing the legality of domestic and international personal information regulations, analyzing the flow of group personal information and conducting impact assessments. Additional duties include reviewing managerial and technical safeguards for group personal information, managing group personal information handlers, reviewing access logs, and inspecting group personal information entrusted companies. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in personal information protection or related fields.
Must have:
- 3+ years experience in personal information protection
- Understanding of domestic/international privacy laws
- Analysis of personal information processing flow
- Basic IT knowledge of development and infrastructure
- Knowledge of personal information protection systems
Good to have:
- Game or membership platform experience
- Personal information protection management system operation or certification experience
- Experience responding to external regulatory agencies
- Relevant certifications (CPPG, ISMS-P, etc.)
- GDPR compliance experience

#우리는 스마일게이트 그룹 개인정보보호 업무 전반을 담당하고 있어요.
스마일게이트 서비스와 임직원, 그룹사의 개인정보보호를 위한 국내/외 컴플라이언스 검토, 위험평가, 개인정보보호 영역의 인증심사 지원, 교육/캠페인을 통한 인식제고 활동 등의 업무를 담당해요.

- 국내/외 개인정보 법규에 대한 준거성 검토
- 그룹사 개인정보 흐름 분석 및 영향평가 수행
- 그룹사 개인정보의 관리적 기술적 보호조치 검토 및 가이드
- 그룹사 개인정보취급자 관리 및 접속기록 검토
- 그룹사 개인정보 수탁업체 점검
자격요건
- 개인정보보호 및 유관 업무 경력 3년 이상 보유하신 분
필요역량
- 개인정보 국내/외 법규에 대한 충분한 이해
- 개인정보 처리 흐름(Life Cycle)에 대한 이해와 분석 능력
- 개발 및 인프라 운영에 대한 기본적인 IT 지식
- 개인정보보호 관리체계 또는 인증에 대한 지식
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
우대사항
- 게임 또는 멤버십 플랫폼 서비스에 대한 개인정보 실무 경험이 있는 분
- 개인정보보호 관리체계 운영 또는 인증 대응 경험이 있는 분
- 외부 규제기관 대응 경험이 있는 분
- 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 관련 자격(CPPG, ISMS-P 등) 보유하신 분
- GDPR 등 해외 컴플라이언스 대응 경험이 있는 분
