Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks a Brand Experience Planning and Content Development specialist to lead the planning and execution of group-wide brand events, exhibitions, space planning, festivals, and campaigns. The role requires developing and producing diverse offline and space-based content, managing projects from inception to completion, and leveraging Smilegate's IPs for domestic and international experience marketing. Successful candidates will possess extensive project management experience (strategy, content planning, budget management, execution), a creative mindset, and strong communication skills for handling various stakeholders and partners.
Must have:
- 10+ years relevant experience
- PM experience leading projects
- Creative content development skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Execution from planning to on-site operations
Good to have:
- Experience at major ad agencies
- Game industry experience
- Global campaign experience
- High English proficiency
- BTL experience in hospitality or gaming

담당업무
- 스마일게이트 그룹사 브랜드 차원의 이벤트/전시/공간기획/페스티벌/캠페인 프로젝트의 기획부터 실행 담당
- 오프라인 및 공간 베이스의 다양한 콘텐츠를 기획, 제작 및 현장 운영
- 그룹사 및 그룹이 보유한 IP를 활용한 국내외 경험 마케팅 프로젝트 개발/실행 주도
자격요건
- 관련 경력 10년 내외
- PM으로서 관련 프로젝트 리드 경험 보유자 (전략수립-콘텐츠기획-예산관리-실행/운영)
- 새로운 분야에 대한 도전적 태도 및 업무 확장 가능성에 대한 높은 수용력
필요역량
1. 컨텐츠 기반의 기획 능력
- 스토리텔링, 컨셉 기획을 통한 전략/컨텐츠 개발 능력 (행사 operation 능력 이상의 기획력 필수)
- 행사/공간 내 컨텐츠(디자인, 텍스트, 영상 등) 기획 및 퀄리티 확보를 위한 크리에이티브 보유
2. B2C, B2B 등 다양한 타겟 대상 프로젝트 실행 역량
- 기획에서 현장 실행까지 본인 주도하에 운용할 수 있는 능력
- 글로벌 포함 다양한 파트너사 핸들링 및 유연한 커뮤니케이션 역량
우대사항
- 주요 종합광고대행사 국내/글로벌 캠페인 AE 근무 경력 or 브랜드의 관련 경력 보유자
- 게임 플레이를 좋아하고 게임 및 IP 컨텐츠에 대한 관심도 및 이해도가 높은 자
- 영어 능력 우수 (글로벌 파트너사 협업 시 회의 주도, 기획안 작성 피칭 등 커뮤니케이션 가능 수준)
- 호스피 및 게임사 관련 BTL 업무 유경험자
