Job Description
This role is for a CTO technical staff member at Smilegate Holdings, responsible for the global distribution and service of Smilegate Group game titles. The position requires a generalist capable of handling diverse tasks, not just specializing in one area. Responsibilities include managing the company-wide technical council, resolving technical issues, planning training programs, improving collaboration, managing Slack operations, enhancing workflow, and supporting developers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical understanding of frontend, backend, and infrastructure, adapts to changing technology, communicates effectively, and maintains attention to detail. Prior experience as a technical staff member for at least two years is needed.
Must have:
- 2+ years technical staff experience
- Technical understanding (Frontend/Backend/Infra)
- Adaptable to changing tech environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
Good to have:
- Computer science degree or equivalent
- Client/server/platform development experience
- Passion for improving development culture

CTO 스탭 부서로서, 특정 업무에만 전문성을 가진 스페셜리스트보다는 다양한 업무를 수행할 수 있는 제너럴리스트를 찾고 있습니다.
1. CTO 직속 스탭
- CTO 스탭 조직으로서, 전사 기술 협의체를 운영하며 각 부서 간 기술적 이슈를 공유하고, 해결을 위한 액션 아이템을 지속적으로 관리 및 실행합니다.
- 조직 내 기술 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램을 기획하고 협업 문화를 조성합니다.
2. Slack 운영 및 관리
- 사내 IT 협업도구(Slack)를 운영 및 관리합니다.
- 단순 운영에 그치지 않고, 업무 효율성과 생산성을 높이기 위한 다양한 시도를 진행하며 정기적으로 평가해 워크플로를 지속적으로 개선합니다.
3. Developer Relations
- 개발자들이 직면하는 기술적 문제를 이해하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 지원 활동을 수행합니다.
- 다양한 이해 관계자들과 원활한 협업과 조정을 진행합니다.
자격요건
- 최소 2년 이상 기술 스탭 역할을 수행해 보신 분
필요역량
- 개발에 대한 기술적 이해도(프론트엔드/백엔드/인프라 등 전반적인 IT 지식)가 필요해요.
- 빠르게 변화하는 기술 환경에 적응하며, 새로운 기술에 대한 적극적인 학습 태도를 가지신 분을 찾고 있습니다.
- 복잡한 개념을 이해하기 쉽게 표현할 수 있는 문서작성 능력이 중요해요.
- 마지막으로 세부 사항에 주의를 기울이고 꼼꼼하게 업무를 처리할 수 있는 디테일을 가진 분 이었으면 합니다.
우대사항
- 컴퓨터 관련 학과 전공자 또는 이와 동등한 수준의 지식
- 클라이언트/서버/플랫폼 개발 관련 업무 경험
- 개발 문화의 변화와 개선에 적극적으로 임하고자 하는 열정 보유
