Job Description

The Business Development Representative will generate new business leads to fuel the sales pipeline, collaborating with other BDRs and Account Executives. This role involves creating and executing targeted campaigns using email, social media, and prospecting technologies to drive new business meetings. The BDR will also prioritize strategic target account lists, research and build new and existing accounts, and maintain data. The ideal candidate will have experience in the EMEA market and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The work timings are from 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of BDR experience in a SaaS company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proficient in cold calling and email outreach campaigns.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual.
Good to have:
  • EMEA market experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace SaaS software a plus.

What you will do and achieve:

  • Generate new business leads to fuel the sales pipeline and collaborate with other BDRs and AEs
  • Drive net new business meetings by creating and executing targeted campaigns leveraging email, social media, and other emerging prospecting technologies  
  • Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e.: account research, adding contacts, emails)
  • Data clean-up and maintenance (list building, list enrichment, process optimization for Sales Dev tech stack)

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as BDR preferably in a SaaS company
  • EMEA market experience preferred.  
    Work Timing : 12 Pm IST to 9 pm IST (EMEA Timings)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with prospecting tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, LeadIQ etc 
  • Proficient in cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand business requirements and organizational structure
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills
  • Track record of success in a performance and metrics driven role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Basic knowledge of workplace SaaS software a plus
