This Business Analysis role requires a strong background in software development projects. You'll translate business needs into actionable requirements, define and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases, and work closely with the development team. Responsibilities include backlog refinement, project planning, tracking progress, validating solutions, organizing UAT, creating test cases, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Experience with Scrum (Product Owner and Scrum Master) is essential. You'll participate in Agile ceremonies and provide insights based on industry best practices.

Job Description

Must have Skills : Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, English

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development projects and be able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

- Able to articulate business needs and product requirements.

- Define and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Define acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

- Assist in backlog refinement based on prioritization of user stories.

- Responsible in the creation of project plans and timelines, tracking action item progress and report to ITBP.

- Validate that the solution developed is according to what was requested and meets the business requirements

- Organize for UAT with business, assist in creating test cases, performing preliminary UAT, provide UAT training, assist in UAT defect reporting and retesting arrangement for business.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, ITBP and technical teams.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.

- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor, IT Business Partner Manager.
