Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning. You will also be involved in project controlling, including capital spending and engineering. Your tasks include financial analysis, variance analysis, report preparation, process management tool maintenance, and cost redistribution coordination. You will work in a team and report to the Finance Leader. This role requires strong accounting and financial skills as well as knowledge of SAP systems and excellent MS Office skills.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Finance experience.
  • Knowledge of cost controlling.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package.

Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Position Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in timely financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, as well as project controlling in terms of capital spending and Engineering.

The vacancy is to be positioned in Skopje - Macedonia, and will report to the Finance Leader.

Tasks:

  • Accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business planning.
  • Cost Center controlling in terms of variance and reconciliation to Management Reporting Format for Run Rate reviews.
  • Project Controlling in terms of capital spending and Engineering Preparation of Accounts Receivable process and follow up, accrual reports, Capex and management reports, charge and sales invoices with all data.
  • Analysis of deviations arising during the preparation of reports.
  • Maintenance and development of process management tools – advanced excel functions.
  • Coordinating the process of monthly redistribution of costs to related entities.

Your Background:

  • You got Bachelor's degree in Finance or other similar academic.
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in Finance department and knowledge of cost controlling.
  • You have knowledge of SAP system and you are able to communicate effectively & professionally with all levels and areas of business.
  • You have strong accounting and financial skills (accounts payable, costing, budgeting).
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office Package.
