We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Integration Process Analyst to join our team in Lviv!

Business Unit Intro:

CasinoEngine provides a fully-managed and robust online casino platform solution tailored to our clients’ needs. This time-tested casino platform was specifically designed to give operators full control over their operations. EveryMatrix is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Integration Process Analyst to join our Client Integrations Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the integration of operators within the EveryMatrix platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. This position offers the flexibility of location, with a focus on supporting our global client base. Successful candidates will immerse themselves in the company business while constantly providing guidance for the stakeholders and engineering team. The successful candidate will work in fast-paced, tight deadlines, highly rewarding Agile environment.

About the job:

What You'll get to do:

• Identify and document as-is and to-be processes to enhance Integration operational efficiency. 
• Ensure that all integration activities comply with EveryMatrix’s standards and best practices. 
• Work closely with various systems and data sources, utilizing integration tools to improve data flow and reporting. 
• Maintain and improve strong relationships across departments to ensure integration projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and provide regular reports on project progress.
• Helping streamline internal reporting through platforms like Jira and other BI (Business Intelligence) tools.

What You need to know:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager positions preferably in the iGaming industry or related fields. 
• Demonstrated experience in managing client integrations or similar complex projects. 
• Solid understanding of software development and integration processes. 
• Proficient with project management methodologies and tools, Jira, Power BI, Miro, Dynamics 365, etc. Proficiency in creating UML diagrams and wireframes for product features. 
• Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations as needed. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. 
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. 
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
