Job Description

As an Intern, you'll be assisting the Sales (Deal Desk) organization in winning new business. You'll play a key role in all stages of quoting and pricing preparation, including gathering requirements, analyzing pricing strategies, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include preparing standard rate cards and client-specific rates, verifying pricing according to company strategy and finance rationale, and transferring quotes through the sales stages. You'll also be responsible for tracking the quoting and pricing process, ensuring timely approvals, and collaborating with sales, presales, solution architects, account managers, finance, legal, sourcing, delivery, and recruiting representatives.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical IT or Finance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Upper Intermediate English level.
  • Intergroup coordination and project management experience.
Good to have:
  • Past experience in sales support in staff augmentation business.
  • Experience in Software Engineering or IT Application consulting roles.

Job Description

To assist Sales (Deal Desk) organization in winning new business by helping on all the stages of quoting and pricing preparation (standard rate cards preparation / specific client rates and discounts preparation / pricing and quoting verification according to the company strategy, finance rationale / quotes preparation/ transferring quotes through the sales stages /  gathering requirements / tracking the quoting and pricing through the approval process), as well as coordinating and following up with involved parties (including sales, presales, solution architects, account managers, finance, legal, sourcing, delivery and recruiting representatives).

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating to Sales and Sales Engineering/gathering requirements 
  • Ensuring an objective quoting/pricing analysis and providing actionable recommendations through an underpinned approach. 
  • Helping with positioning appropriate pricing in the value propositions, proposals and SOWs.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Finance Managers to “hand over” detailed quoting plans after deal closure. Helping with transferring quotes to orders.
  • Coordinating and following up with involved parties (including sales, presales, solution architects, account managers, sourcing, delivery, and recruiting representatives). 
  • Tracking active rate cards, assisting Sales by providing them with the corresponding rates. 
  • Helping with reporting on the status of the quotes & pricing and orders 
  • Assist Sales Operations team members (Deal Desk) with other business processes, providing secondary support as required.
  • be aware of, guard, and comply with the core purpose, core values, strategy, and all the policies of the company, and ensure the policies are in place and up-to-date in fiduciary areas.
  • Subject to a reasonable exceptions) do prioritize his/her personal time around matters relating to emerging and rising business groups, while trying delegate more in mature and challenging quadrants; 
  • Be supportive to important registered sales initiatives, donate his/her time and time of his/her teams;
  • Make your best effort to demonstrate Miratech core value behaviors; 
  • Show respect to your peers, do not abuse the financial, human, or other resources under their control;
  • Reasonably support and facilitate your peer's efforts to deliver their KPIs and, consequently, improve the overall results of the company;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical IT or Finance. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Upper Intermediate English level. 
  • Past experience in sales support in staff augmentation business is a plus. 
  • Experience in Software Engineering or IT Application consulting roles (such as business and system analysis, software development, testing, implementation of a vendor products for specific client use cases/needs, integrations, configuration, customization, development, migration, operation and maintenance).
  • Intergroup coordination and project management experience.
