Job Description

The Business Development Manager at Growe will be responsible for market research on payment methods and the e-commerce landscape, identifying and contacting payment providers, analyzing competitors, negotiating favorable fees, onboarding merchants, attending industry events, maintaining partner relations, and supporting new product launches. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in the PSP or payments industry, and a deep understanding of online payments, KYC/AML, and compliance procedures. Advanced MS Office skills are also essential.

  • Advanced MS Office & Google Search skills

  • Perform market research for the most popular payment methods and their understanding, e-commerce landscape in general, and presentation results internally;

  • Search for payment and other providers in respective markets, contacting them;

  • Search for competitors in the market and analyze their payment methods, flows, limits, and providers;

  • Negotiate with providers of fees and conditions favorable to the company;

  • Make onboarding and merchant account application kick-off and supervision, pass over to the Account Manager;

  • Attend conferences, industry events, partners’ offices;

  • Support of relations with partners, test and add new products, monitor their performance, organize holidays presents, etc.

We need your professional experience:
  • Upper intermediate English level with the ability to discuss business;

  • 2+ years as business development manager or similar position in PSP or payments;

  • Experience in communication with foreign customers, and partners;

  • Understanding of basic principles of contractual relations, corporate cash flow, income, expenses;

  • Understanding of KYC, AML and compliance procedures;

  • Understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;

  • Advanced MS Office, Google Search, Similar Web, task tracking, cloud storage user;

  • Open and ready for business trips.
