What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of 5 years of proven digital marketing experience, with a strong preference for B2B, specifically targeting large and mid-sized businesses.
Proven success in driving growth through customer-centric marketing strategies in B2B landscape.
Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices, with hands-on experience in using Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Practical experience in managing PPC campaigns and paid advertising across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse internal stakeholders and explain complicated concepts using simple language.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple marketing initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of driving brand growth and increasing market presence.
Knowledge of CRM systems (especially, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (i.e., Eloqua) is a huge plus.
Fluency in both English and Ukrainian.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough analysis of PwC’s and competitors' positions on search engines and social media platforms
Upon SEO analytics of the PwC UA web-site, develop and implement effective SEO strategies and advertising tactics to enhance PwC’s online visibility and search engine performance.
Develop detailed briefs for SEO-focused content creation, ensuring alignment with business goals and search engine optimization best practices
Analyse PwC Ukraine web-site users’ behaviour and user experience, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Update website (DMA - Adobe Experience Manager) in accordance with PwC plans and strategies
Perform comprehensive keyword research and optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings and align with target audience needs.
Collaborate both with external vendors and partners and internal teams on relevant content creation based on SEO strategy, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
Email marketing campaigns (performed on Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation platform): overall strategy and execution. Ensure that email marketing is a part of the multi-channel strategy that includes content management, CRM, social media, SEO, PPC).
Overseeing email campaign management: (audience segmentation, split tests of content, times and days)
This role reports to the PwC Ukraine’s Marketing & Communications Leader and is focused on driving forward firm’s ambitions in the fields of marketing automation, lead generation, and analytics.
There will be a 3-month probation period for a successful candidate.
