Senior Accountant

Xsolla is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a flexible approach. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing standard and non-standard journal entries, assembling audit packages, supporting annual internal and external audits, preparing consolidated accounts and investor reporting, defining and executing internal controls, performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures, preparing financial reports, performing financial analysis, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, recommending improvements to current accounting processes, assisting with special projects and ad-hoc requests, and collaborating with international teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, CPA (or in process of obtaining CPA), 4+ years of public accounting or related experience, strong knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting requirements, account analysis, and accounting policy, experience with large ERP systems (NetSuite), advanced Excel skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively both individually and as a team, a proactive, self-directed approach, ability to multi-task, fostering teamwork across the organization, ability to build partnerships, work in a collaborative global environment, and a passion for driving and delivering results and delivering constructive change.
