Here’s the Deal:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Payable Analyst who is fluent in English to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating and registering vendor invoices for payment, ensuring all approvals and documentation are completed within deadlines. Additionally, you will conduct Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Ideal candidates will be recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or Administration, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. This temporary position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and register vendor invoices to be paid with approval and documentation within deadline
  • SOA Reconciliation

The Basics:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Administration, or equivalent job experience.
  • Years of Experience: 1 year
  • Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
  • English Level: B1 (Practical functionality)

Availability:

Must be available to come to the office 9 times a month, with full in-person attendance required for the first month of onboarding.
