Maersk seeks experienced Team Leaders (8+ years) with a customer service background in finance operations within the SCM portfolio. The role involves managing a team (10+), daily operations, financial performance monitoring, report preparation, and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities include identifying errors, assisting with accounting procedures, assessing P&L trends, and fostering team growth. BPO experience and strong communication and team management skills are essential. Prior experience in SAP and Six Sigma certifications are preferred. Logistics/procurement background and SCM knowledge are highly valued. The role focuses on managing a customer-centric team within a finance operations setting in a smaller, less complex business unit or for all offshored processes.

We are looking for Team Leader who has got relevant experience in managing customer centric team in Finance operations outset in the SCM portfolio.

We are looking for :

Team Lead who can independently handle the customer service segment of an entity of smaller size and little complexity in a BU or for all off shored processes to GSC with Finops mindset.


Manages a team to deliver the day to day activities.

Excellent knowledge in Accounting Principles

• Should have the knack to identify the errors.

• Preferred Six Sigma certifications

• Should have prior work experience in SAP Environment

• Responsible for the day-to-day activities of your team

• To assist with monitoring the financial performance of the team.

• Preparation of current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth including.

• To assist in the management of all accounting procedures and systems used by the organisation.

• Participate in the assessment of the long-term P&L trends and review prospects for future growth of team and monitoring improvement areas.

• Comply with all the financial and legal requirements, responsibilities, and obligations

Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.

Team Management skills is must

Preferred candidates from logistics background

Knowledge in Gallup / NPS ( Not mandate)

Candidate should be customer centric


Preferably - Shipping / Logistics background/ Procurement side

Know how on SCM works

3-4 Years of team handling experience is must.
