In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor: Guide and support a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Share your expertise, provide insightful feedback, and empower your team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Become an expert in the gaming landscape: Conduct thorough market research, analyze user behavior, and identify emerging trends to inform product decisions. Stay ahead of the curve on the latest innovations and technologies in the gaming industry.
  • Bridge the gap between gamers and businesses: Understand the needs and aspirations of both gamers and businesses operating within the ecosystem. Facilitate win-win solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
  • Own product delivery: Drive successful product launches and ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and data science.
  • Measure success: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and measure the impact of your work on user engagement, business growth, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Be an advocate for change: Champion innovative ideas and be comfortable challenging the status quo. Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making.

You are a perfect fit if you:

    • 4+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of delivering at scale in a product based company.
    • The ability to think big, but at the same time break problems down into smaller components, and build toward high-level roadmaps.
    • Have strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Have excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

      What we offer:

      • The opportunity to work on products that have a real impact on millions of gamers and businesses worldwide.
      • A collaborative and supportive work environment where you can learn, grow, and make a real difference.
      • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
      • Be part of a passionate team that is dedicated to building the future of gaming.
