Enterprise Account Manager

Location: Anywhere in Germany

Remote

The Role: The Enterprise Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing profitable new business sales within the Midmarket segment of the business. The objective of this role is to create and maintain a high-quality working relationship with a broad range of contacts at the accounts.
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for understanding customer strategies to sell Trend solutions to enable and support them.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new opportunities (75%) for Trend Micro at accounts and focus on replacing competitive products. As well as working on renewals. 90% working on Trend Micro customer base. 10$ prospects.

  • Expand our footprint with our existing customers (25%)

  • Utilize internal support (e.g., marketing) in addition to self-initiative

  • Utilize external support (e.g., partner network, social media)

  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast reporting systems.

  • Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions, EBR’s and events.

  • Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

You are

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.

  • Excellent at influencing, negotiation and relationship building.

  • Flexible mind-set in a changing environment.

  • High level of self-motivation.

  • Team player.

You have

  • The ability to use all available resources within the team and the Trend Micro channel to optimize the working relationships with our customers.

  • The ability to motivate customers and channel partners to position Trend Micro as a preferred and trusted business partner.

  • Presentation skills.
