Description

An affiliate of Everyrealm, Jack’s House B.V., is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Casino Marketing Associate to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our cutting-edge online casino. This role is ideal for a creative marketer with a strong background in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies within the iGaming or online casino industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute marketing plans to increase player acquisition, engagement, and retention through multi-channel campaigns (including SEO, PPC, social media, email, affiliates, and content marketing).
  • Player Retention & CRM: Manage retention and loyalty programs, including VIP initiatives, promotions, and personalized customer experiences to enhance player lifetime value.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and performance, using data to drive decisions that improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
  • Affiliates & Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and explore partnership opportunities to expand the brand’s reach.
  • Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, helping to shape and grow the online casino’s unique identity in a competitive market.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns deliver cost-effective results and align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in online casino or iGaming marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and player acquisition techniques.
  • Expertise in player retention strategies, including CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • A passion for the gaming industry and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
