  • Manage the day-to-day of casino operations of our brands in Latin America;
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotions strategy, and ensure the strategy aligns with company goals and the competitive landscape;
  • Handle relationships with game providers and ensure a diverse and engaging portfolio of casino games;
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes;
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across different jurisdictions, implement policies and procedures to ensure the operations are performed within legal boundaries;
  • Oversee customer experience and service, optimize customer journeys, address complaints, and implement improvements based on user feedback;
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to iGaming operations, fraud, and financial exposure;
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance the casino platform. Identify areas for improvement in user interface, game offerings, and overall functionality to boost engagement and profitability.
We need your professional experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of online casinos such as Slots and Live Casino, instant games, virtual games, as well as in the logic and creation of vertical reports and administration;
  • Proven experience managing betting, gambling, or iGaming operations;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level with ability to discuss business;
  • Advanced MS Office, Google Search, Similar Web, task tracking, cloud storage user.
