About us:


Amazing Seasun Games is an international games developer focused on creating high-quality games across PC, mobile, and console. Our teams are comprised of industry veterans with a shared mission of creating industry-leading video game experiences. Although we have multiple office locations globally, this particular role will be based out of our newly created US Publishing Headquarters located in Irvine, California. This role will focus on supporting our most recent upcoming title, Mecha BREAK (coming to PC, PlayStation and Xbox).


Key job responsibilities:


  • Build a deep working knowledge of our game and the features, systems, and content it includes.
  • Build and maintaining a world class feedback loop between the people playing the game and the people making the game.
  • Deliver qualitative and quantitative reporting.
  • Work to define and improve the tool set required for quality reporting.
  • Work with stakeholders and leadership to deliver valuable customer and business insights
  • Partnering with Data and Research to analyze and interpret feedback.
  • Foster a positive, constructive, and communicative community of players that feel heard and appreciated.
  • Growing the core community in size and activity.
  • Communicate our product vision to players.
  • Be the voice of the community for our development team sharing insights and trends that are meaningful to product success.
  • Build and manage partnerships with content creators and internal creative teams to drive product vision storytelling.
  • Execute engaging community driven marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Work with creative and strategic teams in the creation of original and dynamic content.
  • Manage the editorial content of our owned social & community channels while owning the associated KPI’s for each.
  • Partner with Customer Experience and Global Publishing teams to optimize/improve player sentiment and retention.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Pre-Requisites :

  • BA/BS degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
  • Experience building communities in key channels such as Discord.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Social Studio and Meltwater.
  • Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing campaigns with business goals in mind (growth, engagement, retention)
  • Experience building brands on social media [Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube with a consistent track record.
  • Experience in moderating community discussions with large active communities, including creation of style guides, tone, response strategies.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results.
  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Must be a gamer.
