Community Manager (Discord)

Private Creator Program Discord:

Oversee a private server dedicated to the brand's influencer partners.

Serve as the main point of contact for creators, facilitating smooth communication and access to resources.

Curate exclusive content, including early asset releases and behind-the-scenes insights.

Support campaign initiatives and monitor creator feedback for internal reporting.

Address issues and guide creators to appropriate resources.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in community management, digital strategy, or fan engagement.

• Proven track record in launching and growing Discord communities.

• Deep understanding of gaming culture and online creator ecosystems.

• Experience in managing creator or influencer programs.

• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to align community actions with brand goals.

• Exceptional written communication and cultural awareness.

• Experience in leading moderator teams and fostering inclusive online environments.

• Ability to independently create and execute interactive content and campaigns.

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple community initiatives.

Bonus Points

• Experience with community tools, bots, and Discord admin features.

• Knowledge of gaming trends and creator monetization.
