Job Description

This part-time Custodial Host position at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort requires working weekdays (Monday-Friday) in shifts determined by the company. Responsibilities include general cleaning, trash disposal, restroom cleaning, sweeping, and maintaining cleanliness in various indoor and outdoor locations. The role involves interacting with guests, answering questions, and providing directions. No prior experience is necessary, and comprehensive training is provided. The Custodial team plays a vital role in preserving the magical Disney experience for all guests.

Must have:

Good communication skills
Willingness to work in various locations (indoor/outdoor)
General cleaning & guest service

Job Summary:

This part time role will need to work in shifts according to rosters determined by the Company-
Weekday part time: available to work on Mondays to Fridays
Weekend part time: available to work on Saturdays, Sundays & all Public Holidays

Our Custodial team takes delight in ensuring that the magic of Disney shines through for all of our Guests to enjoy as they visit this happy place. With a job as a Custodial Host, Cast Members have the opportunity to work across a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors, on-stage and backstage. Preserving the magic is the main priority of the Custodial team, it’s a big job, but one that helps ensure that the magic of Disney shines through for all of our Guests to see.

Responsibilities:

Custodial Hosts will have the opportunity to work across a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors, and interact with Guests daily answering questions, supplying directions and providing exceptional Guest service. Daily responsibilities include general cleaning, emptying trashcans, cleaning restrooms, sweeping and general area cleaning.

Basic Qualifications:

No previous experience required and comprehensive trainings will be provided
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
