Key Responsibilities:
- Deepen Customer Understanding: Develop an intimate understanding of our customers and the market landscape to tailor solutions effectively.
- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Foster enduring relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded consistently.
- Voice of the Customer: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, advocating for their needs within our organization.
- Proactive Communication: Initiate proactive communication channels to keep customers informed about relevant updates and opportunities.
- Collaborative Engagement: Actively participate in both internal and external customer meetings, collaborating with Sales Specialists, Operations, and other relevant teams.
- Optimize Transport Solutions: Identify and implement optimal multi-modal transport solutions to ensure the swift and secure delivery of cargo to its destination.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Discover and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities that add value to our customers' operations.
- Efficient Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet agreed turn times for customer requests and ensure seamless operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Address root causes of issues and actively seek opportunities for improvement in daily tasks and responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who:
- Logistics Expertise or Enthusiasm: Whether you're a seasoned logistics professional or eager to become one, we value your passion for the field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with proficiency in German being a welcome asset.
- Adaptability and Openness: Open to change, learning opportunities, and flexible in adapting to evolving processes.
- SOP Management: Capable of creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations effectively.
- Solution-Oriented Approach: Proficient in pulling internal strings to address customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and customers to understand strategic objectives, anticipating and preparing for business growth or expansion.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Take a proactive approach to customer bookings and monitor cargo flow into customers' facilities to ensure smooth operations.
