Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery at Tesla's Tilburg hub, you'll be the first point of contact for customers picking up their new vehicles. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming customers, verifying documents, handling trade-in cars, maintaining a welcoming customer lounge, managing merchandise sales, accurately uploading documentation, and managing the central mailbox. The role demands excellent customer service skills, resilience under pressure, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in prioritizing tasks. A valid Dutch driver's license is essential. You'll ensure a smooth and positive delivery experience for every customer, performing diverse administrative tasks to assist them effectively.

What to Expect

As a Receptionist, you are the first face of our Tesla Delivery hub in Tilburg. With your customer-oriented and professional demeanor, you provide new customers who will pick up there new car a warm welcome. You are the first point of contact for all new customers. You will be entrusted with a diverse range of tasks, and it is important that you are resilient under stress and skilled at prioritizing. Performing versatile administrative tasks. Your goal is to assist every person in the most appropriate manner.
