We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide support to internal employees on low to medium complexity technical issues, by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The role manages IT systems, user accounts, and provides remote support to distributed teams. The role involves using IT ticketing systems to track and resolve incidents while ensuring security and compliance. The IT Support Analyst works under general supervision, applying their expertise to resolve low to medium complexity issues and contributes to maintaining optimal IT operations.
What you’ll be working on
- Provides support to internal employees on low to medium complexity IT issues
- Monitors and maintains IT systems, ensuring optimal performance of computers, servers, and networks
- Manages user accounts and access through Active Directory and other identity management tools, ensuring security and compliance
- Provides remote support for offsite employees, resolving connectivity and software-related issues for distributed teams
- Maintains accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT procedures, contributing to the internal knowledge base
What you bring to the role
- Strong technical skills and previous experience in desktop support.
- Be motivated, organized, and have an eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in information technology or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, technical helpdesk or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- IT Service Management Tools and Frameworks
- Experience with presentation and conferencing technologies, particularly around Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms.
