Digital Marketing Manager for LATAM, 3+ years of experience in gaming/gambling or e-commerce. Expertise in digital marketing channels, budgeting, and agency management. Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance tracking.
Own the marketing budget for digital channels, constantly looking for optimization and cost efficiency;
Design the digital marketing strategy via digital channels and mass media;
Work with central marketing teams to ensure that the correct guidance is given and that the marketing budget is spent efficiently;
Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and the onboarding process (contracts and payments);
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO, DEM, SEM, PPC, programmatic, and display advertising campaigns;
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). Key metrics include conversion rates, share of voice, share of spend, CPA, and NDC value;
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights;
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints;
Optimize user funnels and conversion points;
Work with agencies and other vendor partners;
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
We need your professional experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, responsible for a budget, in the gaming/gambling or other e-commerce-related industries;
Deep understanding of onboarding customer journeys, with a strong grasp of site metrics to identify and address drop-off points in the acquisition funnel;
Proven experience in managing budgets, agencies, and marketing contracts;
Expertise in digital marketing and the deployment of marketing budgets in LATAM, with comprehensive knowledge of all digital marketing channels;
At least an Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
Strong analytical skills to track investments and analyze traffic data.
