What is Polygon Labs?

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer.  Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.

Your Role

As a Gaming Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to join an experienced team whose focus remains on getting the most innovative gaming products in web3. If you are driven, organized, and knowledgeable about web3, this is the perfect role for you. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of gaming alongside a proven Business Development team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outreach

• Market research and analysis

• Partnership development

• Contract management and negotiation

• Cross-functional collaboration 

• Event participation and networking

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of experience working in web3

• Strong web3 network and networking skills

• Experience working on a BD team

Preferred Qualifications

• Web3 gaming

• Effective communication
