Role and Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer at Digi Sidekick, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and impactful designs that resonate with our clients and their target audience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creative Ideation: Develop fresh and innovative design concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Design Execution: Utilize your expertise in design principles (visual hierarchy, grid systems, typography) to create visually appealing and functional layouts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Stay abreast of the latest design and advertising technologies, including emerging AI tools like Midjourney and FireFly.
• Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with current design trends and create eye-catching visuals (KVs) that capture attention.
• Team Participation: Actively contribute to team meetings, discussing project goals and requirements from a design perspective.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw)
• Excellent understanding of design principles and typography
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
