As a Group Product Manager you will play a critical role in the <i>research, planning, and delivery of products that merge social media, eCommerce, and ratings & reviews.
Your primary focus will be on comprehending the requirements of our end customers, internal business teams, and development teams, and then developing solutions that cater to those requirements on a large scale.

What you'll be doing:

    • Defining a strategy and roadmap for your assigned areas that aligns with the larger business objectives / vision.
    • Knowing the pulse of the market and field including sales, implementation teams and your customers.
    • Serving as an advocate for your technology in discussions with clients.
    • Executing on the roadmap, owning the build-out, go-to-market and enhancements.
    • Writing product requirements and creating feature requirements, user stories and relevant product backlog items.
    • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand and fine-tune user and product requirements.
    • Prioritizing the work/backlog to satisfy delivery milestones and deliver client value.
    • Communicating across teams to ensure consistent backlog alignment; ensuring all engineering and design teams within your purview have everything they need to size, accept and execute on work.
    • Actively participating in engineering teams and leaders for planning, review and demo meetings.
    • Serving as a liaison with management, engineering, and stakeholders to provide regular updates on product development delivery.
    • Working with the technical service teams and product knowledge team to build internal training and documentation..

Essential Criteria:

    • 10+ years’ prior experience in product management.
    • A proven track record of successfully managing and launching products, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's goals.
    • Ability to prioritize product features and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
    • Solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate a product vision to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
    • Strong collaboration skills are essential for working closely with designers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to conduct market research, interview customers, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for product innovation.
    • Comfortability to analyze data and make decisions based on data insights by defining key product metrics, tracking performance, and using data to drive product improvements and optimizations.
    • Adaptable and agile in their approach to handle change, ambiguity, and quickly adjust strategies based on market feedback.
