At Trackman, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of IT Security to take full responsibility for our cyber security strategy across the organization — spanning both Product IT and Group IT. This is a pivotal, hands-on role with broad influence, working across business units to safeguard our technologies, people, and data from evolving threats. You will be part of an Infrastructure DevOps department reporting to the SVP of R&D.
Your Mission:
As our Head of IT Security, you will:
Define and implement the next-generation cybersecurity framework that aligns with Trackman’s innovation-driven business goals.
Own the end-to-end security agenda, from strategic planning and regulatory compliance to practical implementation and incident response.
Be the go-to security expert, advising R&D and Group IT teams on best practices, reducing risk exposure, and improving customer trust.
Drive cultural change, raising security awareness and capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Identify and implement a robust cybersecurity framework aligned with business growth.
Continuously monitor and respond to evolving regulatory requirements.
Own and oversee Trackman’s IT security governance and compliance efforts.
Develop and roll out actionable cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Operational Security
Lead risk assessment initiatives, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation.
Maintain a company-wide risk grid in collaboration with R&D and Group IT.
Oversee implementation of cybersecurity technologies and secure infrastructure upgrades.
Monitor and respond to emerging cyber threats.
Advisory & Enablement
Act as a strategic partner to R&D and Group IT teams on all security matters.
Provide security insights to management with clear, actionable communication.
Help teams build internal security awareness and streamline responses to customer security inquiries.
